Very interesting article here about James Caan. (Now ex Dragon of BBC's Dragon's Den) James will be replaced by Hilary Devey in the 2011 series. James has recently pulled out of the show because he is too busy, with his own projects, for the filming schedules.
His interest in property is focusing on upmarket areas of London and his plans to be a "bank" to property investors in this area of London seems to be a very brave decision as other lenders are shying away from this area of finance.
