Many people store their garden equipment in our units over the winter, avoiding bad weather and wintery storms. Often though, people will risk leaving items outdoors and just stack and cover the garden furniture with a waterproof covering.
We are open for business but please contact the appropriate facility by phone to make an appointment.
At HomeStore Self Storage we always put the health of both our customers and our team first while supporting the many people and businesses in our local community that rely on us for their storage needs.
As per the government advice self storage stores like ours will remain open as we provide an essential service to many key supply chains that are necessary in the battle to contain the spread of COVID19. We also provide storage for the many businesses that continue to operate, such as online retailers, schools, people in construction, trades, accountants and other professional services.
We understand that many of our customers will continue to need help at this time, both existing customers and others who find themselves in need of essential storage during the many challenging situations being created by the COVID19 pandemic. Self storage stores do not attract large amounts of people, but we have made further changes to ensure social distancing. In most cases only one person will be in the same room or area of the store at any one time. We are advising customers where possible to minimise visits in accordance with the government restrictions on travel.
They should observe social distancing and hand hygiene in line with government guidelines while in store. We have also increased our cleaning and sanitising programme on the surfaces used by customers. These measures, if observed correctly, should ensure risk of transmission is minimal. These are challenging times so if you have any questions please contact us. We are open for those that need us.
