the launch of the Ipswich branch. Sarah became Sales & Marketing Manager in 2020 and now oversees the business at our Ipswich facility. “Over the years, I’ve built strong experience in storage management and take pride in supporting both my team and customers to ensure every visit is a positive one.”
Left: Nicky (Sales & Office Administrator) became part of our Ipswich branch in March 2021, bringing with her many years of customer service experience and a down-to-earth approach. She’s passionate about her role and values the support of the great team she works alongside. “As Sales & Office Administrator I take pride in making sure customers feel welcome, supported, and are well looked after”.
Directions
Exit the A14 at junction 57 and take the A1189 to Nacton/Ipswich. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto The Havens. Go straight across the next roundabout and follow the road to the junction with Wentworth Road. HomeStore self-storage is immediately on the right.

LDecember 4, 2025The lovely Sarah made the whole process really easy from the start, and was really helpful in showing me different sizes of locker when I had seriously underestimated how much stuff I had to store. The facility is spotlessly clean and dry, and I am 100% confident my stuff is going to be safe and secure. The 24-hour access is not especially important to me, as I'm using it for long-term storage, but I'm sure that will be really useful to many other people. Nicky is very nice too.
